Wilsy's heavy duty singlespeed mtb

A mountainbike frame for Wilsy to end his run of broken brand-name frames: a tougher frame that just won't break under his punishing high-mileage riding. While a tig-welded frame is fine under, normal use, a fillet-brazed frame will perform even better. With the slightly thicker wall material of Pacenti's Heavy-Mettle top and down-tubes, this frame just the thing, created with identical geometry to his familiar old frame.

This 1.97kg frame weighed-in about 0.15kg more than one of my usual mtb frames, and replaced his fancy broken 2.31kg brand-name frame.
